This Breathwork and Mindfulness Workshop is a guided relaxation session that helps staff switch off tension, slow the mind and feel calmer within minutes.

The session blends gentle breathwork,  mindfulness and  guided meditation. It gives employees an immediate sense of ease and mental clarity, which supports focus and wellbeing at work.

The workshop is 30 minutes. It can be extended to 60 minutes if requested.
